The default: Google Classroom
Every assessment in this course lands in Google Classroom unless you've pre-approved an alternative. The Classroom assignment for each deliverable specifies what to attach. If you're unsure where to submit, check Classroom first; if it's not there, ask Ms. Jayanthi/Mr. Ignash.
What you always include
- The deliverable itself: PDF, Google Doc, video link, slide deck. Whatever format the assignment specifies.
- Full citations for any sources you used (any consistent style, MLA, APA, Chicago, footnotes, pick one and stick with it).
- The AI Documentation Template when AI was used. Which is almost always: assume yes unless you genuinely didn't open an AI.

Alternative formats: when and how
Every major deliverable has at least one alternative format. The principle: same rubric, same expectations, no penalty for the choice. What changes is the medium.
- For the Source Dossier: talk to Ms. Jayanthi/Mr. Ignash by Block 5 if you want the video alternative.
- For the Engineering Portfolio Defense: talk to Ms. Jayanthi/Mr. Ignash by Block 9 if you want recorded video or written essay.
- For block work and reflections: voice memo, video, or text, pick whichever helps you express the idea best. No pre-approval needed.
If you have a reason an alternative format would help (writing anxiety, EAL, accessibility, time conflict with the defense day), say so, that's the conversation, not a special case.
Late or missing submissions

Real late/missing policy is being finalized. For now: talk to Ms. Jayanthi/Mr. Ignash before the due date if you know you'll miss it: we'll work something out. Don't go silent.
